Larry Walker had 4 hits and 3 RBI as the Chicago Rastafarians won in dramatic
fashion over the SSB SSB Tar Heels by a score of 8 to 7 at Minute Maid
Field.

Chicago had the winning rally in the 9th inning with 2 runs utilizing 4 base
hits. Kelly Stinnett led off the inning for Chicago when he slapped a
base-hit. After an out was recorded, Robb Quinlan came to the plate and
lined a one-base hit. Walker then laced a single resulting in a run. Walker
took second on the throw. Mark Bellhorn came up and he drew a walk to load
the bases. Jose Hernandez stepped into the box and delivered a base-hit
giving Chicago the victory as 43,428 happy fans celebrated wildly. The game
was a scoreless duel until the 6th inning.

The winning pitcher was Brad Lidge(2-0) who allowed 2 runs in 1 and 2/3

up,' Walker said. 'Much of the credit goes to our fans - they were with us
the whole way.'
